UWSR ECO LETTER
Upper West Side Recycling produces the Eco Letter six times a year and delivers it to your email inbox free of charge. It empowers Upper West Side residents by providing substantive information about locally relevant environmental events, organizations, meetings and publications.
Each UWSR Eco Letter includes a Commentary on an important environmental topic and lists upcoming events for the next three months. Among Commentary topics so far are: recycling in schools; organic waste; electronics recycling; textile recycling; solar energy; energy conservation; climate change; urban greening; water pollution; and waste reduction.
Current subscribers have regular access to our Archive of Commentaries from earlier issues via links in every newsletter.
As a bonus, attached to each Eco Letter is our unique Hard-to Recycle List that details how to recycle or re-use a variety of goods or materials on an ongoing basis, especially those not collected at the curbside by the Department of Sanitation.

A fine newsletter [with an] excellent in-depth commentary, and the longest most comprehensive list of upcoming events you can find in NYC.
